The 30 Day LOA Workbook (Free Download) - A New Beginning

by Colin Gonsalves

A few months ago, I started keeping a book of Positive Aspects for 30 days as described by Esther-Hicks. After 30 days of doing that, I noticed some major shifts happening in my life. E.g. My wife found a better paying, less stressful job much closer to home, and I found myself working on a project that I had envisioned. i.e. in the healthcare field, working with colleagues interested in customer satisfaction, no politics, working from home and being paid well and I also got the opportunity to travel to Egypt!
Then the project ended, I returned home from an awesome trip to Egypt and I was ready for more! But I wasn’t seeing any major changes. I re-read “Ask and It Is Given” and while watching some Abraham-Hicks’ YouTube videos, I kept coming across the 30 day workshop which included some of the processes mentioned in the book. I took that as a message and cracked open the workbook a friend of mine had given to me a few months ago. I really wanted to achieve Phase Five level of consciousness (described below) and feel like I was moving forward which was my inspiration to do this 30 day workshop.

PHASE FIVE level of Consciousness from the book Superbeings
“In Phase Five, an individual's consciousness is directed toward the good at least fifty-one percent of the time, i.e. the positive thoughts and feelings outweigh the negative. Now the clouds seem to part and more sunshine than ever comes into your life. There is more harmony, money is more plentiful, those old aches and pains are not as frequent, and things seem to be "right" in your life. The exceptional heights of sudden miracles and the deep valleys of futility experienced in Phase Four have passed, and there is more stability and order in life. The marvels and wonders indeed continue, but they are now recognized as the natural outpicturing of an uplifted consciousness rather than as supernormal.”

I am still in the process of doing the workshop. The beginning was a little difficult for me, but I kept reminding myself why I was doing it and that I had to rewire my brain to make this an ongoing practice (habit). There is also a Purpose section at the beginning of the book which helped. There was a notable difference in just a few days. I’ve had up and down days since doing the workshop, but the overall direction has been positive. I’ve noticed resources coming to me left and right to the point that I just amuse myself to see how the universe is going to deliver the next thing. Even the action portion is becoming easier. The beauty of this workshop is that the daily routine includes 7-8 of the processes described in “Ask & It Is Given”. It gets your day started on the right foot and ends the day on a good note. It’s helping me improve my awareness during the day and looking for things to appreciate.

I would like to thank Ulrike Haupt for allowing me to share this workbook with you and Abraham-Hicks for their teachings. To download a pdf version of the 30 Day LOA workbook click here:
Change Your Life in 30 Days

A friend of mine shared this wonderful meditation from 365 Tao by Deng Ming-Dao which dovetailed perfectly with this topic.

This is the moment of embarking.
All auspicious signs are in place.

In the beginning, all things are hopeful. We prepare ourselves to start anew. Though we may be intent on the magnificent journey ahead, all things are contained in this first moment of our optimism, our faith, our resolution, our innocence.

In order to start, we must make a decision. This decision is a commitment to daily self-cultivation. We must make a strong connection to our inner selves. Outside matters are superfluous. Alone, and naked, we negotiate all of our live’s travails. Therefore, we alone must make something of ourselves, transforming ourselves into the instruments for experiencing the deepest spiritual essence of life.

Once we make our decision, all things will come to us. Auspicious signs are not a superstition, but a confirmation. They are a response. It is said that if one chooses to pray to a rock with enough devotion, even that rock will come alive. In the same way, once we choose to commit ourselves to spiritual practice, even the mountains and valleys will reverberate to the sound of our purpose.

Much love,

“If I would look for something to appreciate and make that my dominant vibration, I would live happily ever after and fulfill my reason for being.” – Abraham-Hicks
